Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) seeks a customer-obsessed product leader to own the roadmap of EU strategic CX initiatives within the EU Customer Experience Improvement org. You will partner with program managers, product managers, analysts, and BI engineers to reduce friction and deliver measurable CX improvements across the customer journey.

The role requires translating customer obsession into measurable outcomes, building dashboards, and aligning leadership on priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience building and effectively executing a strategy from the ground up, including designing roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals.
• Experience in technical product or program management
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead EU CX improvement workstreams by identifying friction points and driving upstream actions.
• Build scalable measurement mechanisms to track customer impact and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence priorities and deliver on strategic initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and processes to catch issues before reaching customers and communicate findings to leadership.
