Moody's Investors Service seeks a senior product leader to own and advance a scalable entity matching platform connecting ingestion, search relevance, matching accuracy, and customer integrations. You will manage the Moody’s Global Match lifecycle from discovery through release, partner integration, and iteration, while shaping the roadmap with measurable value and technical effort.

Formación

• Experience leading an API or data platform from discovery through launch.
• Knowledge of entity resolution, data ingestion pipelines, ETL workflows.
• Technical fluency with search and data architecture (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience with agile delivery and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own and advance a scalable entity matching platform linking ingestion, search relevance, matching accuracy, and customer integrations.
• Manage Moody’s Global Match product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap translating strategy into prioritized work.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration guides.
• Define and monitor product and pipeline performance measures.
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retros).
• Identify stakeholder needs via structured engagement and usability testing.
• Partner with engineering on data normalization, embedding, indexing, retrieval, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with data quality teams to manage content backlogs and data integrity.
• Improve workflows to reduce delivery friction and increase measurable product improvements.
