Job summary

SITA is seeking a Product Manager to own the Baggage reconciliation and tracking product line. You will define strategy, drive execution, and manage the full product lifecycle within a global, technology-driven setting that supports airports, airlines, and border operations.

You will report to the Portfolio Director of Baggage and collaborate with the Baggage team to deliver end-to-end baggage management solutions, including market analysis, pricing, and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ relevant business experience in Baggage and/or Airport Operations.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a global business environment and within a technology solutions-based business.
• At least Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in a technical, business or marketing discipline. Master’s degree preferred
• Innovation Skills and a track record of significant experience in defining market requirements and functional specifications.
• Very good understanding of the latest trends and innovations within the airline/airport industry and relevant technology areas.
• A demonstrated track record of success in delivering lasting results.
• Good capability of leading and influencing virtual teams focused on delivery and support within an international environment.
• Willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and customer needs for baggage reconciliation and tracking.
• Define and execute the product strategy aligned with SITA's goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the build and launch to deliver the right product.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap and lifecycle from conception to retirement.
• Define pricing strategy and coordinate with Sales, Bid, and marketing.
• Drive product marketing, value proposition, and market intelligence.
