Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the product strategy and drive the roadmap.

You will coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into clear product plans and deliver high-quality software solutions with measurable impact. The role requires 5+ years in software product management, familiarity with AI/ML tech and localization platforms, and a collaborative, data-driven mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of software product management experience.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and localization platforms (TMS, CAT tools, LQA, MT, integrations).

Responsabilidades

• Own and shape product requirements from business stakeholders to development teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver software solutions.
• Define and monitor OKRs to drive product adoption and effectiveness.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product success.
