IFS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, discovery and delivery of workforce and resource management solutions for Construction & Engineering and adjacent industries. You will drive initiatives from discovery through adoption, collaborating with customers, engineering, design and industry experts to validate opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.

Based globally with a UK base and international travel expectations.

Formación

• Experience delivering SaaS solutions.
• Experience in workforce management or resource management.
• Experience building AI-enabled enterprise software products.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, delivery and adoption.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to Product Strategy and roadmaps for designated domains.
• Drive customer and market discovery with direct engagement and lighthouse customers.
• Define the product by translating problems into outcomes and success measures.
• Deliver evidence-led investment cases and drive initiatives end-to-end.
