The role emphasizes ownership, structured discovery, collaboration with engineering and GTM, and a remote-first work model across multiple European regions.

Responsibilities

The role

As a Senior Product Manager for our Virtual Data Room (VDR), you'll lead the development of secure access, identity, and authentication capabilities that protect high-stakes M&A transactions.

Your mission? To give investment bankers, advisors, corporate development teams, and other professionals involved in M&A deals fast, simple, and secure access to their data rooms.

Your work will enable deal teams to onboard participants quickly, connect the VDR to their corporate identity systems, and trust that only the right people get access to sensitive content, allowing them to run more secure, efficient, and successful business transactions.

This role is open to candidates based in Ukraine, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Serbia or Spain.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product area strategy for Identity, Access, and Security inside the VDR, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and company vision

• Own core platform services such as authentication and email, including their long-term roadmap and technical debt reduction together with engineering

• Proactively uncover new product opportunities through structured discovery, leveraging user interviews, surveys, behavioral analytics, support and feedback analysis, market and competitor research, data deep-dives, experimentation, and close collaboration with stakeholders

• Prioritize opportunities and solutions based on user reach, impact, ROI, technical feasibility, and business risk, while maintaining a balanced roadmap that spans innovation, optimization, technical excellence, and cross-functional initiatives

• Define and communicate product requirements through interactive prototypes, well-structured PRDs, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts within cross-functional product teams to co-create and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

• Coordinate with other product teams on shared identity, access, and security initiatives across Ideals products

• Contribute to GTM strategy and work with the marketing team to develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and market success

• Measure success post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback

What you bring

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes

• Proven experience across the full product lifecycle – from discovery to go-to-market and post-release activities

• Skilled in using both customer insights and data to inform product decisions

• Ability to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategies

• Passion for delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful experiences

• Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) in daily product work to multiply output and reduce time spent on research, documentation, data analysis, and routine tasks

• Experience working on technically complex features, platform services, or integrations and collaborating closely with engineering teams

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and English proficiency (C1 level)

Nice to have

• Experience owning authentication, identity and access management, or security features in B2B SaaS (e.g., SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, MFA, passwordless login)

• Experience with AI-powered or risk-based security features (e.g., anomaly detection, suspicious sign-in detection)

• Understanding of M&A, fundraising, or other financial operations

• Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (~55 mins)

• Product management expertise and problem discovery interview with the Group Product Manager (90-120 min)

• Home task: hypotheses preparation (2-4 hours effort, 1-2 days turnaround)

• Product strategy interview with the Director of Engineering and VP of Product Management (60 min)

• Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)
