About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the growth of the recruiter side of our platform — the engine of Workfully’s marketplace.

Your mission:

Scale recruiter acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention — transforming hundreds of active recruiters today into tens of thousands of high-performing solopreneurs tomorrow.

This is a growth-focused product role — combining user research, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation with a deep understanding of behavior, motivation, and product adoption.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to build experiences that help recruiters join, succeed, and stay active on Workfully — at scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the recruiter product strategy — from acquisition to retention and engagement.
  • Scale recruiter onboarding through frictionless, data-driven user journeys and automation.
  • Drive user growth metrics: WAU, activation rate, engagement loops, and retention.
  • Analyze product funnels to identify drop-offs and design experiments that drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to align product and acquisition channels for maximum ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with the General Manager, Recruiters, and Product Leadership to align on growth targets and delivery outcomes.
  • Integrate AI and automation into onboarding, performance tracking, and recruiter engagement to improve scalability and personalization.
  • Translate data into decisions: define metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate continuously.
  • Who You Are
    • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management in successful B2C, prosumer, consumer, B2C marketplaces software products, ideally from early stage
    • Proven success in user acquisition, engagement, and retention growth.
    • Strong background in growth loops, funnel optimization, behavioral product design including gamification
    • Background in product-led growth settings where experimentation is key
    • Experience working with AI-driven or automation-first products is a strong plus.
    • Data-driven and analytical — fluent in metrics, experimentation, and insight synthesis.
    • Hands-on operator with a user-first mindset and high product intuition.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills — able to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
    • Based anywhere in Europe. English fluency required.
