What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a freelance Product Designer (mid to senior level) to join our remote team. You should be someone who can take ownership of a design stream to a high degree and work directly with stakeholders under the guidance of Lead Designer to get things done. This is a freelance-only role (autónomo), so please apply only if you understand how that works and are set up accordingly.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for apps and platforms (mostly fintech and B2B tools)
• Translate business needs and research insights into wireframes, flows, and UI
• Build and maintain design systems in Figma
• Collaborate directly with product owners, developers, and other designers
• Communicate clearly – whether defending your design decisions or writing clean handoff notes
• Contribute to internal feedback sessions, retros, and knowledge sharing
• Keep an eye on quality and always look for ways to make things simpler and better

What We Expect

• 3 to 5 years experience designing digital products
• Solid UX thinking and attention to visual detail
• You’re at home in Figma – components, auto layout, variables, all of it
• Comfortable working in a team and handling your own deadlines
• Bonus if you’re experienced with animation / advanced prototyping
• You speak fluent English
• You have a portfolio that shows good sense of UI Design with smart decisions behind them
