Capitole busca un Senior Product Designer para liderar iniciativas de diseño desde la fase de discovery hasta la entrega, creando experiencias digitales de alta calidad para web y móvil.

Colaborarás estrechamente con Producto, UX Research, Ingeniería y Brand, dominarás Figma y sistemas de diseño, y aplicarás UX, IA y accesibilidad. Inglés de negocios (B2-C1) es necesario.

Formación

• Experiencia demostrada como Senior Product Designer liderando iniciativas de diseño desde discovery a entrega.
• Dominio de Figma para wireframes, prototipos y diseños de alta fidelidad.
• Experiencia en diseño end‑to‑end para web y móvil.
• Conocimiento de metodologías UX, IA de la información, diseño visual y accesibilidad.
• Colaboración con Producto, UX Research, Ingeniería y Brand.

Location: Barcelona (1-2 days/week in office, remote the rest)

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, leading design initiatives from discovery to delivery
• Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Solid background designing end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile products
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design, information architecture and visual design
• Experience collaborating with Product, UX Research, Engineering and Brand teams
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches
• Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design
• Fluent Business English (B2-C1)

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to the evolution of a company's xkdbapo design system and documentation
• Data-informed design practices and experience with research/testing validation
• Experience optimizing design processes, file management and version control
