We are looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst (M/F/d) to collaborate with our product squads, using data to build a flawless product experience. You will join the Product Data team and work closely with PMs, designers, UX researchers, developers, and other data functions to discover new product opportunities, validate hypotheses, and launch valuable features to our users.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  1. Providing expertise and collaborating with stakeholders to generate new product feature ideas and improvements, and also estimating the potential impact of planned projects
  2. Continuously engaging with the product squads to understand the problems that need solving, gathering requirements, and defining the best deliverables to match business needs
  3. Having full ownership of your analysis, from ideation to communication of results and making recommendations to all levels of the company including senior management
  4. Developing and evaluating A/B tests and other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features, ensuring correct implementation
  5. Working closely with developers and data engineers to create and capture data aligned with business logic for modeling and analysis
  6. Being involved throughout the complete product lifecycle to guarantee a data-driven process
  7. Bringing new insights and championing them through analyses, dashboards, and storytelling

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • You have curiosity in your essence, motivating you to answer WHY things happened, not only scratching the surface but aiming for well-founded actionable results
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with strong mathematical-statistical background
  • Previous experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably within tech product organizations, with direct stakeholder contact
  • Exceptional analytical skills, lateral thinking, and experience solving challenging problems
  • Good knowledge of SQL, databases, and statistical programming tools (e.g., Python, R) for exploratory analyses, reporting, and ETLs
  • Advanced expertise in designing digital experiments and analyzing A/B test results, with a foundation in statistical methodologies; experience with causal inference is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview) and event tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Firebase)
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts and guiding their growth
  • Ability to engage and influence decision-makers using data visualization and storytelling, with excellent English communication skills
