We integrate advanced technology, compelling content, and exceptional user experiences through audiovisual production, hardware and software development, and technical support.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Producer located in Barcelona.

The Senior Producer will be

responsible for overseeing and leading the production of the whole immersive experience from scenic build to XR content, managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.

The role also involves budgeting, resource allocation, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Provable senior experience in leading big and multi disciplinary projects from start to finish, creating a collaborative environment for the team, while safeguarding timeline and budget.
• Experience in audiovisual production, project management, and team coordination.
• Knowledge of XR technologies, hardware and software development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle budgeting and resource allocation effectively.
• Familiarity with technical support processes and client communication is a plus.
• Experience in the XR industry and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimal 5 years experience in a leading role in medium to big size projects.
