Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager for IT/OT infrastructure in the pharma sector, based in Basel- Stein Basel region. You will lead complex IT/OT infrastructure initiatives within GMP-regulated environments and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

The role requires deep expertise in IT/OT systems, GxP validation, and strong communication in English and German.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of IT/OT infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure systems and integration.
• Experience managing complex projects in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience with GxP compliance and validation processes.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and automation.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in IT/OT environments.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements (FDA, EMA).

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (PM) for IT/OT Infrastructure to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. This role will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT and OT infrastructure projects within our pharmaceutical operations in Stein and Basel.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions on time and within budget

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation of IT/OT systems

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT/OT infrastructure project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure systems, technologies, and integration strategies
• Proven experience managing complex projects in regulated environments
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 certification)
• Fluency in English and German
• Experience with GxP compliance and validation processes
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and automation
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in IT/OT environments
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA)
• Ability to work onsite in both Stein and Basel, Switzerland
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
