Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Back-end Product Engineer (PHP, Symfony) based in Spain. You will own backend product development within a mature B2B workflow automation platform, spanning core systems such as workflow automation, offline synchronization, document processing, e-signatures, and enterprise integrations.

You will participate in architectural decisions, drive production releases, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver reliable experiences for

Formación

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience delivering complex features.
• Proficiency in PHP and Symfony; API design and DDD concepts.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks like ExpressJS or NestJS.
• Experience applying AI in daily development and explaining usage.
• Understanding of OWASP security principles and ISO security standards is a plus.
• Strong product mindset and autonomous delivery.
• Excellent communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own backend features end-to-end from design to production release.
• Design scalable, reliable backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Decompose work, make architectural decisions, and present solutions.
• Refactor code and expand test coverage while adding new functionality.
• Use data, logs, and customer feedback to guide decisions.
• Incorporate AI tools into daily development and strengthen AI practices.
• Improve workflows with automation and observability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and resolve incidents.
• Coordinate releases and deployments with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, iOS, Android, Support, and more.
• Propose engineering initiatives and share knowledge.
