We are seeking a dynamic and driven Performance Analyst to join our innovative solar asset management team based in Spain. As a crucial member of our passionate Technical Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the performance of a diverse portfolio of solar PV plants.

Responsibilities
- Daily supervision and analysis of the Ground Mount PV portfolio’s technical performance and operations;
- Optimise the availability and performance ratio of the portfolio under supervision;
- Support the line manager in the daily supervision and analysis of the portfolio technical performance and operations;
- Manage the relationships with Operation & Maintenance contractors and Customer Interface on Technical Issues;
- Prepare and delivery periodic reports on technical performance and other operational aspects of the plants, as well as supervise the reporting of junior members of the team;
- Prepare and review yearly budgets;
- Supervise the control of the technical documentation related to the plants;
- Support the in providing regular compliance with the DNOs, insurance companies, Public Entities, etc;
- Support to the line manager in establishing and maintaining an environment of internal control and integrity;
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to compile and present data clearly, attractively, concisely, and in a way that others find easy to digest (using PowerPoint as well as tools such as PowerBi)
- Good commercial understanding of the sector
- IT Literacy – you should be interested in technology, including AI, and show the aptitude to bring this into your role and the projects you are accountable for delivering. Delivery focus: ability to proactively churn through work at pace and deliver quality outputs
- Passion for our mission: to generate a more sustainable future by leading the transition to clean energy, preferably in Solar PV business: Asset Management, Technical Advisor, Owners’ Engineer, O&M contractor, EPC and/or similar positions
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject
- In-depth analysis of the performance of the plants; quality oriented; interdisciplinary general knowledge
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; proficiency in English, a second language in Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is advantageous
Hybrid working – we will need you in the Seville office at least twice a week, but you will normally be able to work remotely for the remainder of the week. ~30 days’ holiday per year (3 of which are taken during the festive shutdown in December). ~ Healthcare for you and qualifying dependents
