Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Specialist focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) to own key PAM platforms, design and implement privileged access controls, and drive Zero Trust and Cloud Security initiatives across Windows, Linux, and Azure environments.

Based in Madrid with a hybrid role, you will collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions and continuously improve security posture.

Formación

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or security engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PAM concepts, privileged accounts, access governance, and identity security.
• Hands-on with enterprise-scale security platforms and Active Directory/Microsoft environments.
• Azure cloud security knowledge and best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into security solutions and work with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, operate, and evolve PAM platforms and security services.
• Own the complete PAM platform lifecycle: maintenance, patching, upgrades.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments.
• Automate operational processes via scripting and modern tooling.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security Ops, Engineering, vendors and partners.
