A leading hospitality operator in Madrid is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee property management in the Iberian market. We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Madrid!
You will be responsible for managing part of our properties in the Iberian market, ensuring the daily operations run smoothly. This will involve coordinating with our local service providers and visiting the properties whenever necessary to ensure long-term guest satisfaction
You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development/implementation of new ones
You ensure all properties meet Limehome’s quality and performance standards and monitor KPI’s, quality metrics and guest feedback to drive on-going improvement
You take part in the pre‑opening and go‑live phases of new properties, ensuring technical readiness and operational handover
You build strong relationships with our cleaning, laundry, and F&B partners, as well as our technical providers, contractors, landlords and all relevant stakeholders across your region. You ensure they maintain the properties up to standard and handle repairs, maintenance, and improvements effectively, as well as ensuring compliance with SLAs and Limehome standards
You hire, manage and train on‑site employees across your region
You work closely with internal management and other stakeholders to ensure regional goals align with company strategy and contractual obligations
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field – or have equivalent professional experience
You are fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Portuguese will be highly valued
You bring at least 5‑6 years of experience in hospitality operations, ideally managing external partners and handling the day‑to‑day in a dynamic environment
Experience in hospitality, facility management, or real estate operations is a strong plus
You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
You’re confident when it comes to negotiation and conflict resolution, especially when dealing with landlords, suppliers, or demanding stakeholders
You’re ready to take ownership of a large and diverse region, ensuring high performance and smooth operations
You’re comfortable working with project management softwares & tools, and quick to learn new ones
