Job summary

Revlon Inc. in Spain is seeking a Senior Operations Distribution Manager for the Tarragona plant to lead distribution and production flows.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Senior Operations Distribution Manager para liderar las operaciones de distribución de nuestra planta de Tarragona. Reportando al Director de Operaciones del Centro de Distribución, esta posición será responsable de coordinar a los jefes de Producción y Muelles, supervisar los flujos operativos y garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y productividad de la compañía. Asimismo, liderará la ejecución de los proyectos estratégicos de su área, así como la gestión y seguimiento de las inversiones y gastos operativos (CAPEX/OPEX).

Principales Responsabilidades

• Planificar la actividad y dimensionar los recursos necesarios para cumplir los objetivos del proceso en tiempo y forma.
• Liderar y coordinar a los jefes de Producción y Muelles mediante reuniones de seguimiento diarias, semanales y mensuales.
• Supervisar todos los flujos de producción y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos diarios, semanales y mensuales.
• Garantizar la seguridad de las personas y los materiales del centro, así como el cumplimiento de las políticas de Seguridad, Calidad y Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
• Asegurar la aplicación de la visión y los valores de la compañía.
• Mantener los niveles de calidad y servicio establecidos para todos los flujos de producción.
• Controlar la productividad, realizar el seguimiento de KPIs y asegurar la consecución de los objetivos de productividad y calidad.
• Analizar y resolver incidencias operativas, construyendo y ejecutando los planes de acción necesarios.
• Liderar reuniones con departamentos transversales y coordinarse con Administración, Sistemas, Soporte, el resto de managers de planta y la Dirección del centro.
• Gestionar los proyectos asociados al área y ejecutar las iniciativas de CAPEX y OPEX.
• Impulsar la mejora continua mediante la aplicación de metodologías Lean y 5S en la gestión diaria.
