Se requiere experiencia mínima de 5 años en Prevención de Riesgos y EHS, dominio del español e inglés, y disponibilidad para viajar por España y Europa. Se valorarán certificaciones ISO y formación avanzada en PRL.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales o EHS.
• Experiencia en entornos industriales, de ingeniería o manufactura.
• Dominio de normativa española y europea de seguridad y salud.
• Diplomacia y capacidad para coordinar con clientes y contratistas.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar y coordinar actividades EHS en proyectos de FORI Automation en Europa.
• Gestionar procesos de Prevención de Riesgos y EHS de la empresa.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de normativa española y de la UE en H&S.
• Preparar planes de 위험 y evaluaciones de riesgos.
• Apoyar a equipos en instalación y comisionado en sitios del cliente.
• Coordinar requisitos EHS con clientes y subcontratistas.
• Realizar inspecciones, auditorías e investigaciones de incidentes.
• Impartir formación y promover mejoras continuas.
• Monitorizar acciones correctivas y cumplimiento ambiental.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (EHS) activities across FORI Automation projects, ensuring legal compliance, customer requirements, and safe execution of work at client facilities throughout Europe.
• Manage and maintain the company's Occupational Risk Prevention and EHS processes.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish and European H&S regulations.
• Prepare and review risk assessments, safety plans and preventive measures for projects.
• Support project teams during installation and commissioning activities at customer sites.
• Coordinate EHS requirements with clients, contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Deliver safety training and awareness initiatives.
• Monitor corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Support environmental compliance and documentation requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Risk Prevention or EHS roles.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Experience managing customer and contractor safety requirements.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations
• Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics/Psychosociology).
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and European H&S legislation.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001; ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Advanced Spanish and English.
• Availability to travel frequently within Spain and Europe.
