HBX Group is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our Madrid engineering team. You will contribute to large-scale distributed systems, design, develop and deliver high-quality .NET/C# solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our global platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial software development, strong .NET Core and C#, experience with NodeJS/Angular, and a drive to improve performance, reliability and security across our travel technology products.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience, ideally within an e-commerce or high-transaction environment.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and C#.
• Professional knowledge on NodeJS and Angular.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server and modern NoSQL solutions.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and principles for building scalable and maintainable distributed systems.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs (REST and/or SOAP) using formats such as JSON and XML.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) using frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, GoCD, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle from requirements through to production support.

• Supporting and enhancing production systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Contributing to system performance, resilience, scalability, and security initiatives.
