Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking an ML Engineer to join our AI group in Barcelona. You will design and implement personalization models for our mobile games, collaborating with data engineers, researchers, and product teams to improve retention and revenue.

You’ll prototype production-ready code, run A/B tests, and advance MLOps practices, CI/CD, and scalable deployment on Kubernetes. Fluency in Python/SQL and strong analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, math, statistics) or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of ML techniques from classical to RL and generative methods.
• Experience applying ML to real-world problems.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes and deploying ML models to production.
• Analytical programming and visualization skills (SQL, Python, matplotlib, etc.) and familiarity with ML tooling (MLFlow, Kubeflow, Kubeflow, Trino, AirFlow).
• Solid grasp of statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, sampling, distributions).
• Excellent communication to bridge tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with generative AI copilots/agents in daily work.
• Passion for mobile gaming and player-centric results.

Responsabilidades

• Implement cutting-edge ML algorithms for personalization in gaming.
• Design experiments and prototypes to test AI model viability and efficiency.
• Translate research findings into production-ready algorithm prototypes.
• Convert prototypes into production code for scalable deployment.
• Design, develop, and evaluate A/B tests to measure personalization impact.
• Monitor and analyze player data to identify personalization opportunities.
• Document work clearly to aid knowledge sharing within the team.
