Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Medical Writer (FSP) with clinical document writing experience (Protocols, CSRs and IBs) for a remote, international role. You will lead the production of high‑quality documents, coordinate with data management, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs.

Mentoring for junior writers and budget awareness are part of the scope. Role requires adherence to ICH E3 and internal standards, timely delivery, and collaboration across EST/CST time zones.

Formación

• Clinical document writing experience for protocols, CSRs and IBs.
• Familiar with ICH E3 guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Ability to mentor junior writers and provide technical guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accurate completion of medical writing deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate writing activities across departments and respond to client comments.
• Review documents for clarity, consistency, and proper formatting.
• Mentor less experienced writers on complex projects.
