Job summary

Almirall is seeking a Medical Affairs Senior Manager to lead scientific strategy and ensure medical excellence for designated dermatology products. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, design and oversee medical projects, and maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge across indications.

The role emphasizes compliant engagement with medical experts, development of data-driven communications, and oversight of studies in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in medicine, pharmacy or life sciences (MSc/MD/PhD).
• Scientific experience (e.g. in clinical research).
• Prior medical affairs experience in pharma desirable.
• Dermatology expertise desirable.
• Experience working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and scientific expertise about designated products and indications.
• Develop and deliver fair, data-based scientific communication to stakeholders.
• Incorporate medical perspective into local brand plans and cross-functional decisions.
• Design and support medical projects and initiatives (e.g., patient support programs).
• Coordinate studies with GCO and GMA; generate real-world evidence.
• Review promotional materials for compliance and scientific accuracy.
