Appinio seeks a Senior Research Consultant to advise clients through the market research lifecycle, from method selection to questionnaire design, charting results, and presenting insights with engaging storytelling.

You will craft high‑level and in‑depth reports with cross‑functional teams and support AI integration across research steps. Strong English and German (C2) are expected for client engagement.

Formación

• 6+ years of end‑to‑end market research and consulting for B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics.
• Experience designing studies and questionnaires across various research methods.
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable client impact and storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Act as sparring partner for clients in market research projects.
• Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform.
• Interpret results and provide actionable recommendations; create in‑depth reports.
• Present insights with storytelling, actionability, and clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales on project scoping for new customers.
• Manage projects and contribute to strategic development of the Research Consulting Team and Appinio products.
• Integrate AI across research steps and work with Product to enhance AI capabilities.
