Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior GAMA Manager to drive government affairs and market access across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. The role partners with regional leadership to position Stryker as a policy thought leader, manage payer engagement, and influence healthcare policy to support product adoption.

You will lead high-impact initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide market access strategies in a dynamic regulatory landscape.

Formación

• Master’s degree in political science, law, health economics, or health sciences.
• 6–8 years of related work experience in politics, government, or life sciences.
• Experience with government affairs, policy development, and health policy.
• Experience representing a company at trade associations and before government officials.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with South European leadership to implement government affairs and market access strategy.
• Lead government affairs and advocacy projects to support product adoption in South Europe.
• Engage with trade associations and represent the company before policymakers.
• Identify risks and opportunities in public policies and advise leadership accordingly.
• Drive health economic data collection and value demonstration to support reimbursement and pricing.
