We provide a learning budget by function for professional development and offer a comprehensive L&D program that enhances both technical expertise and soft skills.Let's rewrite the rules of banking together!**What you'll do**- In collaboration the other legal counsels, you will provide legal advice and support to our business in Latin America and EMEA (focus on Southern Europe), including:- provide legal support in all stages of commercial transactions and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (SaaS agreements, channel partner agreements etc.);- draft and negotiate agreements for strategic business opportunities;- provide legal support in bidding processes (including RFIs/RFPs/etc) and all other phases of the customer journey.- You will provide support to software engineering teams by providing legal risk assessments and recommendations with respect to development of our product.- You will draft and negotiate a range of other contracts, including agreements with Mambu's suppliers and partners.- You will work closely with other parts of the Mambu business to support day-to-day legal matters (including marketing, product, finance and others).- You will negotiate data processing agreements and liaise with customers to solve challenges around data protection.- You will work with various departments across the organisation globally.- You will lead and support initiatives to create future-proof documents, processes and systems, as well as train your fellow Mambuvians and be the advocate of the Mambu Legal team in the organisation.**What you'll bring**- 8+ years of relevant experience;- Specialisation in contract law, data protection and technology law;- Experience in a similar role in the IT/software/technology industry, especially in in the fintech industry;- Excellent understanding of a SaaS business model;- Experience in negotiating commercial agreements in Latin America and negotiating contracts in US jurisdictions;- **Proven excellent communication and contract drafting skills in English and Spanish (native or near-to-native proficiency), ability to work and negotiate in Italian is a plus;**:- Confident, effective, and positive negotiator who can lead the process, focus on important issues, and efficiently bring deals to a favourable close;- Masters' in Law (LLM).**Your future**We aim to be the leading cloud-banking platform, powering the future of banking and igniting financial change globally.
