Currently, we are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to assist with drafting and revising agreements, researching domestic and foreign law, and ensuring the company’s legal compliance across all business matters.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE INSPIRED TO:

  • Prepare and review agreements with clients and service providers, along with other legal documentation related to the company's activities
  • Handle various matters related to Corporate, IP, KYC / AML, Data Protection, IT, and Labour Law
  • Research legal issues, analyze legal risks, and develop solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with relevant parties and departments within the group
  • Build and maintain internal legal databases and documentation

SKILLS THAT WILL CATCH OUR ATTENTION:

  • Master's degree in Law (international education is a plus)
  • Fluency in legal and business English and Spanish
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a sole practitioner, in-house counsel, or associate in a full-service law firm
  • Experience in corporate, commercial, tax, and administrative law; legal qualification from a respected foreign legal education provider is a plus
  • Experience in the gambling industry is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Solid business acumen
  • Proactive, flexible, and motivated team player
