AKKODIS is seeking a Senior L3 Application Support Engineer to join an international banking project. You will act as the L3 escalation point for production incidents, troubleshoot using logs, code analysis and telemetry, and collaborate with global teams to restore services swiftly.

You will monitor distributed microservices and event streams, run RCA in complex incidents, and contribute to release management in Kubernetes environments.

Formación

• 3+ years in L3 Application Support, SRE or software engineering in high-availability environments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the L3 escalation point for critical production incidents, driving resolution through log analysis, code debugging and telemetry.
• Perform RCA for complex incidents and outages, collaborating with development teams on long-term solutions.
• Coordinate incident resolution, assess issues, involve required teams and ensure service restoration.
• Participate in live incident calls and maintain technical ownership until services are restored.
• Monitor and optimize distributed microservices and event streams in production.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot performance or integrity issues with SQL queries.
• Participate in release management, operational readiness reviews and deployments in Kubernetes.
• Work with REST APIs, Microservices, MQ and Kafka, including event handling and topic troubleshooting.
• Support 24/7 on-call rotation for mission-critical applications.
