• 6+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Java and distributed systems experience.
• Production Python codebase contributions.
• Experience with cloud-native AWS architecture and microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Java.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards without line management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and DevOps on delivery and trade-offs.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native services on AWS using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Contribute to testing, documentation and SDLC improvements.
