HCLTech busca un Ingeniero Backend Senior Java para diseñar, desarrollar y mantener microservicios en una arquitectura de Omnichannel Commerce. El candidato coordinará con DevOps y QA, aportando soluciones seguras y escalables para flujos de pedidos y gestión de inventario.

Se requiere experiencia sólida en Java 21 y el ecosistema Spring, conocimiento de APIs REST, y prácticas de seguridad (OAuth2/OIDC, Keycloak/Okta). Se ofrece contrato indefinido y beneficios.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia como Java Software Engineer con Java 21 y Spring.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar, probar, depurar y desplegar microservicios Java, asegurando escalabilidad y rendimiento.
• Diseñar e implementar integraciones con Order Management System y plataformas minoristas, soportando flujos de pedido, inventario y pagos.
• Mantener y mejorar servicios existentes con alta calidad de código.
• Resolver defectos, problemas de integración y cuellos de botella de rendimiento.
• Trabajar con DevOps para mejorar CI/CD y despliegues.
• Colaborar con QA en pruebas y pruebas automatizadas.
• Participar en ceremonias ágiles (daily, planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Analyze business and technical requirements to design and develop robust backend solutions supporting omni-channel retail and order management processes.

Senior Java Backend Engineer - Omnichannel Commerce

• Develop, test, debug, and deploy Java-based microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Design and implement integrations with Order Management Systems and retail platforms, supporting key flows such as order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfilment, returns, and payment flows.
• Maintain and improve existing services, ensuring high code quality, maintainability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work with the DevOps team to implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to support testing strategies and contribute to automated testing.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer, with strong expertise in Java 21 and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Spring Cloud).
• Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger) and working with JSON, XML, and GraphQL.
• Experience building omni-retail and e-commerce solutions, including order lifecycle, inventory visibility, fulfilment, returns, payment flows.
• Proficiency with databases such as MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with containerized and cloud-native environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
• AWS SQS, Solace, Pub/Sub architectures).
• Familiarity with security best practices including OAuth2, OIDC, and IAM solutions such as Keycloak and Okta
• Experience with modern development and testing tooling, including IntelliJ, SonarQube, Datadog, Insomnia, and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Fluency in English (French or other languages is a plus).
