European Recruitment is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to own and evolve the company’s internal technology stack, spanning workplace tech, identity and access management, endpoint engineering, SaaS administration, security, and automation. You will drive projects from discovery to deployment, ensuring a reliable, scalable IT environment and a superior employee experience.

Formación

• 7+ years in IT engineering, systems engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on JAMF administration in macOS environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID or similar identity platforms.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, patching, security, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with SSO, SCIM, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust and least-privilege controls.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the internal technology ecosystem.
• Lead projects from discovery through deployment and operation.
• Manage and optimise a macOS device estate.
• Administer Entra ID and strengthen IAM processes.
• Ensure device compliance, deployment, patching, and security.
• Deliver and maintain SSO integrations and SCIM provisioning.
• Apply Zero Trust and least-privilege across IT environments.
• Build scripts and automation to improve reliability and scale.
• Manage SaaS apps with proper access and security controls.
• Investigate complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Improve IT processes, documentation, and workflows.
• Support senior stakeholders and act as a technical reference.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to technical leadership.
