Formación

• 4+ years in IT Support / IT Operations / HelpDesk roles.
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile endpoints.
• Hands-on expertise in Networking and Security.
• Solid knowledge of the O365 / Azure ecosystem.
• Good English (training provided internally).

Responsabilidades

• Lead L1 and L2 support for global IT operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners for advanced (L3) support.
• Oversee inventory, ticketing systems, processes, and documentation.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, identities, AD, access control, permissions.
• Oversee IT assets and maintenance.
• Drive the rollout of the Modern Workplace.
