The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT business administration, and strong customer focus. Responsibilities

• Manage the HR applications around SuccessFactors with the responsibility of change, test, release and lifecycle management.


• Support our business in analyzing customer requirements and developing SuccessFactors HR solutions.


• Maintain, optimize and develop our SuccessFactors solutions further.


• Create function descriptions for the development and you can do customizing settings by yourself, as a part of projects.


• Prepare, plan, develop and realize adjustments and projects in the global success factor environment.


• Take over management tasks in subproject and project management of global and regional HR IT projects.


• Manages ongoing relationships with customers to drive satisfaction of our HR applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree / Technical Education in IT business administration, business informatics or comparable education.


• Senior experience of 3 to 5 years as IT consultant for HR apps, managing Success Factors (deep experience in SF).


• Experience in implementation projects and support in Success Factors solutions.


• Advanced English and experience in a multicultural environment


• Good knowledge and experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors modules (Employee central & ideally Compensation or Talent modules) and the integration with SAP (Boomi).


• Independent, committed and pro-active working style, good teamwork, communication skills, High customer and service orientation.
