UST España & Latam is seeking a Senior iOS Software Engineer to build and scale native iOS experiences that power large‑scale digital products. The role requires high English proficiency and a passion for high‑quality mobile solutions.

You will collaborate with the Engineering Manager and senior engineers to drive architecture decisions, code quality, and platform innovations across teams. Mentoring junior engineers and adhering to best practices are key parts of the role.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering high-quality native iOS applications at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Swift and deep knowledge of the iOS ecosystem.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/cloud environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to development of fully native mobile applications and ensure high UX.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager to evaluate technical decisions, risks, and architecture.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to raise team capability.
• Develop well-structured, scalable, and well-tested iOS apps and backend orchestration services.
• Promote engineering best practices including quality, testing, and collaboration.
