Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in Audit and at least 1 year in Internal Audit in industry.
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, IFRS, IIA Standards, and COSO.

We're partnering with a leading international organisation in the maritime, logistics, and port operations sector to recruit an experienced Senior Internal Auditor.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global Internal Audit function, working closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve processes, and support business growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead operational and financial audits across international business units.
• Assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and recommend practical improvements.
• Use data analytics to enhance audit effectiveness and monitoring.
• Partner with business leaders to implement corrective actions and share best practices.
• Support compliance, governance, and ethical business standards.

What we're looking for:

• 4-5 years' experience in Audit & at least 1 working in Internal Audit in industry.
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, IFRS, IIA Standards, and COSO..
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (C1) is essential; Spanish is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
