We’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a variety of strategic initiatives across Data Centre transformation, IT Infrastructure, Security and Corporate IT. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll own projects end-to-end, from inception and planning through to deployment and operational handover.

You’ll also be a key contributor to company-wide programmes of work, representing the CIO function and driving delivery excellence across diverse, cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior IT PM, you’ll take full ownership of medium-to-large, multi-workstream projects—ensuring they land on time, on budget, and with impact. You will :

Lead Strategic IT Projects

• Manage full project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, including post-implementation support.
• Deliver a wide range of initiatives across data centre, security, infrastructure and corporate IT.

Drive Delivery Excellence

• Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and governance documents.
• Identify, track and manage risks, issues, dependencies and decisions—proactively and transparently.

Engage, Motivate & Influence

• Lead cross-functional teams of business, technical and vendor resources.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple time zones.
• Mediate between conflicting priorities and maintain project integrity and momentum.

Execute with Quality & Accountability

• Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, tested, supportable and ready for operational adoption.
• Produce clear, concise documentation including status reports, charters, plans and risk logs.
• Capture lessons learned and support benefits realisation planning.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to continuous improvement of PM tools, templates and processes.

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a self-driven, organised and highly capable professional with :

• 6+ years’ experience managing complex IT projects with multiple workstreams.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• A proven track record in risk, issue, resource and dependency management.
• Experience delivering projects on high availability, high-transaction platforms.
• Strong technical understanding across networking, storage, virtualisation and cloud.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment.
• ITIL knowledge (highly beneficial) and project management certifications (PMI / Prince2 / ITIL) preferred.
• Fluent English and a willingness to travel occasionally as required.
