A leading firm in Spain is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager for a significant industrial project in Tarragona. This role is vital for managing and executing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including procurement strategies and claims handling. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and be fluent in English and Spanish. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of lump sum and reimbursable contract models.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute contract and procurement strategies.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts and POs.
