Kapres Technology, S.L. is seeking a Project Incident Manager to lead critical incidents for Manhattan Active implementations. You will coordinate across business teams, IT, Manhattan Associates, and partners to restore service and minimize project impact.

The role covers incident leadership, technical coordination, and governance to protect milestones from SIT to go-live and hypercare, with a focus on proactive risk and communications.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of IT project delivery experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and MAO projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across operations, applications, integration and cloud.
• Solid understanding of warehouse and fulfilment operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL Major Incident Management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management of high-priority incidents across design, build, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Coordinate incident severity, business impact, and project risk with stakeholders.
• Chair incident bridge calls and drive ownership to resolution.
• Produce Major Incident Reports and post-incident reviews.
• Coordinate with Manhattan Associates, SI partners and vendors for recovery plans.
