Preply seeks a Senior GRC Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team. You will shape and scale governance, risk, and compliance programs, maintain risk management, and drive SOC 2 Type 2 readiness across the organization.

You will collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Security, and Finance to embed governance into daily operations. Ideal candidates bring deep risk and compliance expertise, enjoy ambiguity, and are energized by building scalable, secure systems that support business growth.

Formación

• 5+ years in GRC, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity.
• Hybrid profiles with CISSP or privacy expertise are acceptable.
• Experience with SOC 2 implementation is required.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS or similar.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and related regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and continuously improve the risk management framework.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments and track KRIs.
• Manage third-party risk and vendor reviews.
• Develop and maintain security, AI, and compliance policies.
• Support SOC 2 Type 2 and potential ISO 27001 expansion.
• Assist with privacy initiatives and data retention guidelines.
• Coordinate regulatory requirements across Cybersecurity, Legal, and Engineering.
• Promote security culture and automate GRC operations.
