INFiLED is seeking a mid-level or senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Barcelona. You will deliver impactful visual assets to support growth, brand positioning, and marketing performance. The role requires ownership, proactivity, and on-time delivery aligned with priorities.

You will lead design projects, update digital and print assets, collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales, and help ensure brand consistency across markets with a performance-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Mid-level or senior Graphic Designer experience.
• Strong autonomy and accountability.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Ability to lead and optimize external teams.
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative mindset with a performance-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the art direction of INFiLED.
• Design and update digital and print marketing assets in combination with agencies.
• Lead web design and content updates.
• Support events with visual and stand design materials.
• Adapt content for different formats and markets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while respecting priorities and deadlines.
• Propose creative concepts that elevate the INFiLED brand & Internal Communication.
• Produce digital and print content with a high level of execution.
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets and across all markets.
• Collaborate efficiently with Marketing, Product & Sales teams.
• Integrate feedback quickly and professionally.
