BJAK is seeking a senior visual designer to craft high-impact design assets for marketing, social, web, and ads. You will translate briefs into bold visuals, collaborate with content and performance teams, and mentor junior designers while maintaining brand consistency across channels.

The role emphasizes fast-paced creative delivery, exploration of AI-driven workflows, and contributing to BJAK’s evolving visual identity from Spain, with remote-friendly options.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.

What You Bring

• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating clean execution, storytelling, and design leadership.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion tools.

• Experience or interest in working with AI tools for concepting and production.

• Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual consistency.

• Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience mentoring designers is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience producing short-form ads or commercial visual assets.

• Exposure to performance marketing or fast-paced startup environments.

• Knowledge of sound editing or basic VFX.

• Familiarity with templates, visual systems, and brand libraries.

Location

This role is remote, but candidates must be based in Spain. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in Spain.

Language

• English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
