Cheil Spain is launching a new GPV (Field Merchandising) service within its Retail Go-To-Market team. The Senior Field Merchandising Service Manager will build, lead, and grow the GPV service across Spain, translating Retail Excellence strategies into actionable field tasks and managing the external GPV provider to deliver measurable value at every store visit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing, field merchandising or retail execution.
• 3+ years managing external field providers with KPI/SLA follow-up.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Plans and store coverage models.
• Budget control and vendor negotiation skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new GPV Service end to end: processes, KPIs, reporting and service standards.
• Translate the client’s Retail Excellence strategy into clear tasks and briefings for the GPVs.
• Plan and manage the Journey Plan (coverage, frequency, routing) around launches and campaigns.
• Manage the external GPV provider: KPIs, SLAs, GPV performance and improvement plans.
• Control the service budget and negotiate provider costs.
• Align GPV activity with the Implementation and Maintenance teams and the launch calendar.
• Conduct regular field visits and quality audits.
• Produce clear procedures, briefings, reports and presentations for all stakeholders.
