Wizeline is seeking a senior software engineer to design and deploy AI agents that tackle real-world business problems across diverse industries. You will own the ADLC from discovery to production, collaborating closely with enterprise customers to translate needs into scalable technical solutions and measurable outcomes.

• 5+ years of software engineering fundamentals including system design, scalability, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Extensive experience building and deploying production software.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
• Ability to quickly adapt across different full-stack technologies and architectures.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of agentic architectures.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production environments rather than experimentation alone.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling and orchestration frameworks.
• Comfortable working directly with customers to understand business needs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents that solve real-world business challenges across multiple industries.
• Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC), from discovery and proof of value through production deployment and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack applications that integrate modern AI capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for implementing AI agents.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities based on customer needs.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and rapidly evaluate new models, frameworks, and architectures.
• Drive technical discussions with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
