A leading mobile game company is seeking a Senior Game Designer (Live Ops & Expansions) for their Match-3 studio in Barcelona. You will own the creative direction and strategy of Live Ops, ensuring engaging player experiences. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of game design experience, preferably in live-ops and events, with a deep understanding of player retention and engagement. Exceptional collaboration skills are essential for this dynamic role.

As Senior Game Designer (Live Ops & Expansions) for Match Hunters, our Match-3 game studio, you will be the "creative heart" of the live game experience. You will be entirely responsible for the creative direction, mechanical design, and economic tuning of all Live Ops and seasonal content, owning the 90-day seasonal strategy and transforming high-level goals into executable, engaging player experiences.
