ERNI is seeking a senior data governance leadership role in Madrid, Spain. You will define the architecture strategy for an enterprise-wide data governance platform, drive data lineage, governance workflows and data product lifecycle management across the organization.

The hybrid model includes two office days per week and strong emphasis on mentorship, ongoing development and knowledge sharing among experts.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture or enterprise platform development.
• Strong experience with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Java, Spring Boot, APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, cloud-native solutions and modern integration patterns.
• Knowledge of metadata management, data governance, data lineage and data catalog platforms such as Collibra or similar solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the architecture strategy and technical roadmap of a strategic data governance platform.
• Design scalable enterprise solutions and integration patterns; lead full stack development initiatives.
• Establish architecture standards, support governance workflows and ensure scalability and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to influence project decisions.
