Job summary

THEWHITEAM Consulting is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic technology team in Barcelona. You will build robust web apps with Next.js, React, and Tailwind on the frontend, and Python with FastAPI on the backend, while contributing to cloud-based solutions using AWS in a Scrum environment.

You will mentor junior developers, collaborate across disciplines, and help grow the team, with a hybrid work model and 2-3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Fullstack development.
• Strong experience with Next.js and React.
• Experience with Storybook for UI component development.
• Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive web development.
• Experience developing backend applications with Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with automated testing and pytest.
• Knowledge of Gherkin, Cucumber and Playwright.
• Experience with AWS, particularly EC2, S3, Lambda and RDS.
• Experience with charting libraries such as ECharts, Chart.js or Recharts.
• Good knowledge of Git.
• Experience working in Scrum Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to mentor junior developers.
• English: Advanced level (C1).
• Spanish: Professional working proficiency.

Technical Assessment

The recruitment process includes a technical pre-check to assess the candidate's technical experience and suitability for the role.

Conditions

• Location: Barcelona.
• Work model: Hybrid, with 2-3 days per week onsite.
• Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00.
• Estimated duration: 3 months.
• Experience: 4-5 years.
