EY GDS Spain in Malaga seeks a seasoned Fullstack Technical Lead to guide, design, and deliver scalable applications across frontend and backend technologies. You will mentor the team, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with DevOps, QA, UX/UI, and Product to ensure high-quality software aligned with business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to guide others.
• Proven experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful web services with relational databases.
• Technical leadership capabilities, including mentoring developers and driving best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable Java applications using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of responsive front-end components using Angular and/or React.js.
• Architect, develop, and consume RESTful APIs for data-driven ecosystems.
• Ensure reliability and data integrity across system integrations.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across the team.
• Lead integration and optimization with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases.
• Drive the full software development lifecycle from planning to ongoing support.
• Promote continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies.
