Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Spain to join a remote-first, product-focused team building SaaS for governance and business processes. You will develop features with F#, ASP.NET Core, React.js, and TypeScript, shaping architecture and product direction.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate across product and engineering, and engage with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Office 365). The role emphasizes maintainable design, autonomy, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in full stack or backend software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with F# or C# with motivation to learn F#; ASP.NET Core, React.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience scaling SaaS products and B2B apps is desirable.
• Familiarity with Vertical Slices, CQRS, Event Sourcing, and DDD.
• Experience with Azure and Office 365 APIs (Microsoft Graph API) is beneficial.
• Fluent English; European time zone for collaboration.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will develop and scale applications using F#, ASP.NET Core, React.js, and TypeScript, with opportunities to influence both architecture and product direction. You will take ownership of features from initial planning through deployment, collaborating closely with product and engineering colleagues to deliver meaningful improvements. The role emphasizes functional programming, maintainable architecture, and integrations with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and Office 365. Accountabilities:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take responsibility for building reliable, scalable product features while contributing to technical decisions and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Full Stack Development: Design, implement, optimize, and maintain product features using F#, ASP.NET Core, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Feature Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of features, working closely with product stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues to turn requirements into effective solutions.
• Software Architecture: Apply functional programming principles and contribute to architectural discussions that support maintainability, scalability, and long-term product quality.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Improve all stages of development, from planning and implementation to testing, deployment, and production maintenance.
• Technology Evolution: Help keep the technology stack modern, robust, and scalable by identifying opportunities for improvement and adopting appropriate engineering practices.
• Third-Party Integrations: Build and maintain integrations with external systems, particularly Microsoft technologies such as Azure and Office 365.
• Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with the development and product teams, communicate technical decisions clearly, and contribute to a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who combines strong full stack or backend development skills with a proactive, independent approach to problem-solving. You should enjoy taking ownership of technical challenges and building scalable applications in a collaborative product environment. The following qualifications are expected:

• Professional Experience: At least 4 years of experience in full stack or backend software engineering.
• Programming Languages and Frameworks: Hands-on experience with F# or C# combined with a strong motivation to learn F#, as well as ASP.NET Core, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• SaaS and Business Applications: Experience scaling SaaS products and developing B2B or line-of-business applications is highly desirable.
• Software Architecture: Familiarity with Vertical Slices, Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS), Event Sourcing, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is a strong advantage.
• Microsoft Ecosystem: Experience with Azure and/or Office 365 APIs, including Microsoft Graph API, is beneficial.
• Engineering Mindset: A solution-oriented, proactive approach, with the ability to work independently, take responsibility, and deliver reliably.
• Communication Skills: Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team.
