Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer in Spain to build high-impact digital health experiences using Vue 3 and TypeScript. You will own features end-to-end, work with AI-powered tools, and collaborate across engineering, design, product, and analytics to optimize conversions and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend web development.
• Expert in Vue 3 and TypeScript.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Codex).
• Strong knowledge of frontend performance and design patterns.
• Fluent English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize user interfaces and A/B testing experiments using Vue 3, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Improve internal development tools, including the design system and AI-assisted development workflows, to enhance productivity and maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and analysts to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from conception through production deployment and optimization.
• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and A/B test results to inform decisions and improve metrics.
• Maintain high development velocity while ensuring code quality, reliability, and performance.
• Contribute to innovative digital health experiences, including AI-powered products.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer based in Spain.

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in building high-impact digital experiences that help users develop healthier habits and improve their well-being. You will join a fast-moving Growth team working on innovative health and wellness products, including AI-powered solutions. Using Vue 3, TypeScript, and modern development tools, you will create engaging user interfaces, optimize conversion-focused experiences, and contribute to continuous product experimentation. You will take ownership of features from concept to production, leveraging user insights and A/B testing to drive measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize user interfaces and A/B testing experiments using Vue 3, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Improve internal development tools, including the design system and AI-assisted development workflows, to enhance productivity and maintain consistent code quality.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and analysts to deliver effective, user-centered solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from initial ideas and technical implementation through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and A/B test results to inform decisions and continuously improve conversion rates and other key business metrics.
• Maintain high development velocity while ensuring code quality, application reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to the development of innovative digital health experiences, including emerging AI-powered products designed to improve users' everyday lives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality frontend applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Vue 3 and TypeScript, with practical experience building and maintaining modern frontend applications.
• Extensive, daily experience using AI-powered development tools and coding agents, such as Claude Code and Codex, including the ability to plan tasks, review generated code, validate outputs, and ensure implementation quality.
• Solid understanding of client-side architecture, frontend design patterns, and best practices for building scalable, maintainable applications.
• Good knowledge of browser behavior, rendering, and frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with A/B testing, payment integrations, or subscription-based user journeys is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with a proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and technology that creates a positive impact on people's lives.
• Confident written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
