papernest is seeking a Senior Front-end Developer to own frontend architecture and deliver high quality UI across Spain, with a focus on Angular/TypeScript and modern frontend patterns. You will collaborate with teams across Europe, participate in roadmap planning, and mentor junior developers.

The role offers two days of remote work per week in a hybrid setup in Barcelona. You have 5+ years of frontend experience, a solid web foundation, and a passion for UX.

Formación

• At least 5+ years of development experience with a significant frontend focus.
• Strong knowledge of the web platform and modern frontend practices.
• A passion for creating attractive, functional user interfaces.
• Willingness to adopt new technologies and take technical initiatives.
• Demonstrated rigor and autonomy in delivery.
• UX is a product consideration you care about.

Responsabilidades

• Own the frontend product from a technical standpoint and drive delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, QA, and other teams across Europe.
• Challenge requirements and anticipate technical challenges.
• Propose robust technical solutions and improve team practices.
• Ensure features have unit and integration tests and run smoothly in prod.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
