ActioGlobal is expanding its frontend team in Spain and seeks a motivated frontend engineer to contribute to a modern UI built with Lit and Web Components. Under senior developers, you will migrate features from a legacy system and contribute new functionality, emphasizing clean code and test coverage.

You will learn our stack through hands-on mentoring, participate in design reviews, and help maintain a robust component library while delivering pixel-perfect UI that aligns with UX/UI standards.

• Graduated in Computer Science or completed a frontend-focused program.
• Solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Growth mindset, proactive and open to code reviews.
• Attention to detail for pixel‑perfect UI/UX.
• Comfort with Spanish and English for reading docs and internal communication.
• Familiarity with Unix/Bash basics.

Responsabilidades

• Build reusable UI components based on UX/UI designs using Lit/Web Components.
• Migrate features from legacy system to the new architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable JavaScript (ESNext) and follow best practices.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure frontend robustness.
• Keep the Storybook component library up to date and well-documented.
• Participate in daily dailies and refinements, contributing fresh technical perspectives.

The Role

Your mission is to soak up knowledge and actively contribute to modernizing our internally developed platform. Guided by our Senior Devs, you'll help build modern UI using Lit and Web Components, migrating features from our legacy system to ensure a seamless, high-quality interface, while also implementing new and exciting features where required.

We’re looking for a clean-code enthusiast eager to become an expert in modern frontend architectures.

Active Learning: Jump into internal training and mentoring to master our stack (Lit, Web Components, modern JS).

Component Development: Build reusable UI components based on UX/UI designs and team standards.

Legacy Migration: Support the transition from old features to our new Web Components architecture.

Code Quality: Write clean JavaScript (ESNext) following industry best practices.

Automated Testing: Learn and help create unit and integration tests for a robust frontend.

Documentation: Keep our component library (Storybook) up to date.

Bug Fixing: Identify and fix visual or logic issues under supervision.

Collaboration: Be an active part of dailies and refinements, bringing a fresh perspective to technical talks.

Who you are

Ggraduate (Computer Science), Web Development vocational training, or a high-intensity Frontend Bootcamp.

Core Tech: Solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and JS Bundlers.

Growth Mindset: Proactive, curious, and open to constructive feedback (code reviews).

Attention to Detail: A passion for pixel-perfect design and great UX.

Git: Basic version control skills (clone, commit, push, pull).

Spanish: proficient to work

English: Good enough to read technical docs and communicate internally.

UNIX / Bash Fundamentals: You need to be comfortable using the terminal. Whether you use WSL, Mac, or Linux, you should know your way around basic commands.

Bonus Points

• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).

• Experience with Lit or a solid understanding of Web Components.

• Experience implementing software architecture patterns.

• Personal GitHub projects that show off clean, organized code.

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Figma, or Web Accessibility (WCAG).

• Knowledge of Test Driven Development principles.
